The floor shakes above me as our son, Michael, pounds out the high intensity exercises in Power 90.   Extreme exercise with extreme results… Michael loves it. Have you considered another Power 90?  How about the Bible in 90 days?     This summer has been a great time to go through the Bible … just 12 pages in a day.  I write in my Bible and stick post it notes all through it.  Verses that stand out… or maybe a prayer … all these things are in my Bible. Every day – I’m looking for the Holy Spirit to teach me — change me —  direct me — and fill me with His power.
